With 15 years in construction and property, Sam specialises in development, value-add refurbishment, and transforming under-performing assets into high-performing investments. His strength lies in stringent construction management, technical due-diligence, and enhancing the long-term performance of assets through quality improvement.
Ryan Botell

With over 10 years experience in the property sector, Ryan specialises in the acquisition of under performing and under-appreciated assets across the north west. He brings significant expertise in acquiring opportunities, structuring and negotiating acquisitions, and executing transactions with discipline and commercial insight. Ryan’s core strengths lie in identifying value add potential and driving performance through proactive, hands on asset management, delivering sustainable growth and long term value creation.

Our Office & Accounts Manager, Vicki plays a central role in ensuring RCIP’s finances and operations run efficiently and effectively. Vicki oversees the accounts’ function, helping to maintain accurate financial records and ensuring budgets and cashflow remain on track to support informed decision-making. With a strong background in operations and practice management, Vicki provides essential office, compliance, and project support. Her structured, detail-driven approach brings clarity and order behind the scenes, enabling the wider team and Directors to focus on strategic growth.
Jill Davis

Jill Davis leads the Care Division at Regal Cheshire Investment Partners, with a clear focus on delivering high-quality, person-centred environments that enable individuals to live with dignity, independence, and choice.
She brings extensive experience across the UK supported living sector, working in close partnership with local authority commissioners, care providers, and registered housing providers to understand and respond to the evolving needs of the people they support. Jill is passionate about ensuring that accommodation is not just available, but truly appropriate and designed around each individual’s needs, aspirations, and long-term outcomes.

Property Coordinator
Our Property Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the acquisition of commercial property opportunities across the North West. Acting as a central point of contact for incoming deals, he manages the process from initial enquiry through to progression, including reviewing opportunities, coordinating viewings, and maintaining clear and efficient communication throughout. With a strong focus on organisation and efficiency, he operates within a fast-paced investment environment, helping to identify and progress value-add opportunities while supporting the continued growth of our portfolio.
